Edward Shaw was a 19th-century Member of the New Zealand Parliament.
Originally an English barrister, Shaw worked in the Inangahua area of the Buller District in the West Coast Region as a resident warden and magistrate in Inangahua Junction, Reefton and Westport. He represented the Inangahua electorate from 1883 to 1884, following the resignation of Thomas Shailer Weston. After retiring in 1884, he later became a district judge.
